111 N. State St. is the home to McLaughlin Garner Group, McLaughlin, PC, and Seabold Architectural Studio. Many of the historic features were preserved while modernizing the amenities and MEP systems. This project was completed on time and on budget.

- 3 offices on the second floor of a historic building in Downtown Jackson

Coalesce -
109 N. State St.
Coalesce Collaborative Workspace is a historic renovation of 109 N. State St., which is located on Jackson’s oldest continuously occupied block. The project was awarded State Historic Tax Credits and was the recipient of the 2016 City of Jackson Historic Preservation Award for a commercial project.
SCOPE
- complete renovation and preservation of historic features
- new store font was replaced with energy efficient glass
- preservation of original tin ceiling
- LED lighting
- low-flow plumbing fixtures were installed
- original plaster walls were repaired
- floors refinished
- custom cabinetry installed
